Restaurant Concept

STEAKGRILL is a Czech concept developed by Michael Klíma based on twenty years of experience working in American steakhouses. Unlike other restaurants, in addition to steaks, it offers a wide range of popular international dishes.

Our Steak Meat

We prepare beef steaks from aged meat with a high degree of marbling. Steaks are cooked exactly to the guest's preference (see doneness levels below). If you are unsure, the staff is always ready to assist you.

We use chilled, never frozen meat. Before preparation, we always let the meat rest at room temperature. All meat is Tenderising Tenderising comes from the English word tenderize, i.e., to soften the ingredient or break its tough fibres so that the ingredient becomes more tender.

We mainly source our meat from South American farms, mostly from Uruguay, always with a medium or high degree of marbling. This is grain-fed livestock or meat with USDA Prime and USDA Choice quality grades.
